Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly-motivated, willing-to-learn individual to report to our Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Solid knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Excel and Word
• Help create, design and launch email campaigns
• Assist in the maintenance and growth of our affiliate marketing program (Pepperjam)
  
• Assist with site updates and the integration of new categories and products
• Work with internal departments to deliver seasonal campaigns
• Assist with optimizing PPC campaigns (Adwords, Bing, Yahoo Search) and creating new campaigns for newly integrated products
  
• Assist with improving quality and profitability of data feeds
• Assistant liason to online partners
  

• 2+ years internet marketing experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Photoshop
• Results driven, detail oriented, and ability to initiate and lead projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to learn with an insatiable curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task; operates with urgency, focus and discipline
• Understanding of e-Commerce and internet business metrics strongly desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build strong partnerships internally and externally
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to additional responsibilities in meeting demands of our growing company's needs
